COMMUNITY AND THE ELDERLY – Springlane Care Home Concert

What an enjoyable afternoon we had playing and singing for residents at Springlane in Muswell Hill! Liz, Kim and Margie – The UkuLadies – have refined a jolly good set and members of the audience literally jumped off their seats to come and hop & sing with us at the front; this counts as our first stage invasion in my books! Very well done UkuLadies! You were fabulous. :) We received this very nice message from Care Home Manager Caroline Elliot: '"Many thanks! A fantastic concert by all accounts – and lots of people have been talking about how good it was, including the staff. Thanks so much for coming in!" Liz Roberts is an award winning magazine director and Kim plays with The Long String Hawkers, a 7 piece blues band. Being a UkuLady makes for great work and life balance, doesn't it girls?
